User Obligations and Conduct
As a user of our personal growth courses and self-discovery workshops, you agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and account information associated with your profile. You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other participants, instructors, or staff members. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, upload malware, or engage in any form of hacking or cyber attack. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of all course materials, recordings, and resources provided. Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services without refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, materials, videos, recordings, workbooks, and resources provided through our personal growth and self-awareness programs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your personal development and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our personal growth courses or motivation techniques workshops. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes losses related to business, profits, data, or personal relationships. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Termination of Access

Upon termination, your right to access our courses, workshops, and materials immediately ceases. Refund policies for terminated accounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our standard refund procedures. Changes may include updates to course content, scheduling adjustments, instructor assignments, or platform features. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We are not liable for any interruption or modification of services. Our commitment to SkillsFuture accreditation standards means we may need to update content or procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for personal development education.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. We may enforce these terms through injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in addition to other available legal remedies. Your access to our workshops in Orchard, Marina Bay, and other locations is subject to these terms and the laws of Singapore.
